1. Adding Milk to Scrambled Eggs

Many people will add milk to scrambled eggs in the hopes of getting a creamy and fluffy outcome. However, this milk can ruin your eggs and make them rubbery instead of fluffy. You will therefore have to chew it a bit too much. An alternative is to add some unseasoned eggs to a pan that’s been placed on low heat. Stir your eggs till they are almost done before taking them off the pan after which you can add some seasoning. Sour cream in particular when added at the end will give you that nice creamy consistency.
